It is the first time in more than 25 years that DEKO has exhibited under its own name which is why we chose to attend the fair with a different approach to the product exhibition.
The booth was built as a Mondrian-inspired glass composition of DEKO’s products, with Nordic decor, and a long table as the focal point for people to meet.
In this way, we successfully created a warm and welcoming meeting place, which wasn’t just about exhibiting DEKO’s products; it was much more about creating a closer relationship with those who visited our booth through a friendly, informal setting with a great atmosphere.
The meeting place for new and old relations
We were rushed off our feet meeting lots of people. Some stopped by to look around, whilst others chose to sit down at the Nordic long table and really savour the atmosphere and sense of community.
DEKO has a wide network of authorised distributors all around the world, and the international trade fair gave us the opportunity to see both existing partners as well as create new, exciting business relationships.
We have already received genuinely serious inquiries about our products, and as well as wrapping up the event with a real sense of satisfaction, DEKO left the fair in Munich with a renewed sense of inspiration and energy.

All in all, it was an exciting and successful experience to be one of the exhibitors at BAU 2019. It most certainly won’t be the last. We would therefore like to thank all the participants and visitors for the positive feedback and sharing the experience with us.
